Sports Scientist ยท Sports Biomechanics
Strength & Conditioning Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. 10+ year professional and PhD candidate specializing in biomechanics and evidence-based coaching.

My passion for sports began at an early age through competitive volleyball, where I competed in numerous tournaments and earned several top rankings. This lifelong interest inspired me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science at a public university in Iran with a full scholarship. After completing my undergraduate studies, I continued my academic journey by earning a full scholarship for a Master's degree in Sports Biomechanics. While studying, I worked as a professional coach and continuously expanded my expertise in strength and conditioning, movement assessment, corrective exercise, rehabilitation, and postural analysis. Working with athletes, children, and the general population allowed me to bridge scientific knowledge with practical experience and strengthened my passion for preventing movement disorders through early assessment and evidence-based exercise. Today, I am pursuing a fully funded PhD at Monash University Malaysia. My research focuses on biomechanics, healthy ageing, artificial intelligence, and preventive lifestyle strategies to reduce fall risk in older adults. By combining computational biomechanics, movement analysis, and AI-driven approaches, I aim to improve early identification of mobility decline and develop practical solutions that promote healthy ageing, independence, and better quality of life. With 10+ years of professional coaching experience spanning bodybuilding & strength training, body transformation, suspension training (TRX & 4DPRO), post-injury rehabilitation, gait analysis, and postural assessment, I have also served as a Sports Complex Manager for 3 years and a Volleyball Team Coach for 3 years.
